Expenditure on Project as at 26 August 2011

• Expenditure on the Light Rail Business Case as at 26 August 2011 was $330,000, representing 94% of total budget expenditure. The expenditure is related to costs associated with project management, payment for consultancy services,tender initiation costs and support of the Community Advisory Panel.
  

• Two of the four reported items fell below budget, Tender advertising and meeting costs was under budget by $1,749, with Additional analysis and contingency under budget by $15, 316.
  
  
• The amount of the awarded contract for associated consultancy services was $226,688 (exclusive of GST) and this was fully spent.
