36. Can I get an exemption to holding my L1 licence for 3 continuous months?
No. There is no exemption available from the requirement to hold an L1 licence for 3 continuous months.
37. Can I get an exemption from holding my L2 licence for 9 continuous months?
Yes. Existing learners can apply for an exemption from holding their licence for 6 months, this will simply be changed to an exemption from an L2 licence holder being required to hold the licence for 9 months. It will be one form to cover both 6 month applications and 9 month applications.
