Our north-west maintenance team are busy conducting resurfacing works in multiple locations on the Bass Highway this month.
On Monday, 11 January – Friday, 15 January 2021, we will be completing resurfacing works on the Bass Highway at the following sites:
- Between Falmouth Street and Raglan Street, Somerset
- Between Mount Hicks Road and Old Bass Highway, Doctors Rocks
- Between Rulla Road and Whites Road, Sisters Creek
Works will take place between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and there will be frequent lane closures and a reduced speed limit during our working hours.
On Monday, 11 January – Friday, 15 January 2021, we will also be completing resurfacing works on the Bass Highway at the following site:
- Between Heybridge and Stowport Road, Chasm Creek
Works at this site will take place between 9:00 am - 3:30 pm and there will be frequent lane closures and a reduced speed limit during our working hours.
On Monday, 11 January until Monday, 25 January 2021, we will be completing resurfacing works on the Bass Highway at the following site:
- Between Main Road and Stowport Road, Wivenhoe
Works will take place between 6:00 am - 5:00 pm. The west-bound lane will be closed at all times and a reduced speed limit will be in place during our working hours.
On Wednesday, 13 January – Friday, 22 January 2021, we will be completing resurfacing works on the Bass Highway at the following sites:
- Between Pipeline Road and Black River Road, Port Latta
- Between Back Line Road and Mengha Road, Wiltshire
Works will take place between 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and there will be frequent lane closures and a reduced speed limit during our working hours.
On Sunday, 17 January – Friday 26 February 2021, we will be completing resurfacing works on the Bass Highway at the following site:
- Between Native Plains Road and East Sassafras Road
Works will take place between 6:00 am – 5:00 pm and there will be frequent lane closures and a reduced speed limit during our working hours.
We recognise these works will cause some inconvenience and we thank you for your patience as this essential maintenance work will provide a stronger, longer lasting and safer road.
