Watch out for night works and changed traffic conditions on the eastern approaches to the Tasman Bridge from Monday 28 September – Friday 2 October.
We’re resurfacing the Tasman Highway between Tasman Bridge and Rosny Hill Road, replacing underground infrastructure for traffic signals and temporarily removing the mobile median for maintenance.
The mobile median will be removed on Monday 28 September, and will be replaced by alternative traffic management conditions until it’s returned on Friday, 9 October.
The resurfacing work will take 2-3 nights in total between Tuesday 29 September and Friday, 2 October, depending on the weather. We’ll have more information closer to the date. There will be a lower speed limit and frequent lane closures during the works.
You should allow up to 15 minutes extra time if travelling through the area during working hours.
Please slow down, pay attention to the overhead traffic lights, and follow the directions of traffic controllers.
