About the project
The Gateway Projects support Tasmania’s Visitor Economy providing upgrades at key entry points to reflect the unique character and tourism offerings of each region.
We will involve key stakeholders, including the tourism industry and local councils, in a consultation process during the development of the projects.
After the consultation process an agreed list of projects will be provided to the community, before delivery commences.
Delivery of the Gateway Projects is expected to start in early 2022.
