Tasman Highway - Rosny Access Ramps study

The Tasmanian Government has allocated funding for a study to look at the feasibility of building an eastbound on-ramp and westbound off-ramp on the Tasman Highway at Gordons Hill Road, Rosny Park.

We're doing this study to find out if an eastbound on-ramp and a westbound off-ramp will help reduce demand on our road network at the Mornington interchange, and we're asking the community and key stakeholders for their feedback.

The project is at feasibility stage and no decisions have been made.

Previous studies

We have done studies on this proposal in the past. We are revisiting these to see how the project would fit in today’s discussions around Hobart traffic flow, and to find out the general level of support for the project in the community.
