If you are an L2 licence holder

If you are currently the holder of a Tasmanian L2 licence you will continue with your existing licence process.

This means you will need to hold the licence for a minimum of nine continuous months and log at least 50 compulsory logbook hours in the L2 stage.

Once you have held the licence for a period of nine continuous months and have logged 50 on-road hours you can attempt a P1 Practical Driving Assessment.
