Cattle Hill Windfarm moves schedule
There will be two convoys departing Bell Bay travelling to Cattle Hill (Waddamana) Monday to Saturday. Each convoy will consist of two big loads. The convoys may be spread over 200 metres, due to the size and length of the combinations and components.
The convoys are estimated to depart Bell Bay between 1:45 am and 4 am Monday to Saturday.
Some convoys may also depart from Breadalbane between 02:30 am and 4 am Monday to Saturday.

All loads will leave the Midland Highway at Melton Mowbray and travel along Highland Lakes Road.

There are two convoys of big loads estimated to depart Bell Bay OR depart from Breadalbane between 2:30 am and 4 am. Arriving at Spring Hill on the Midland Highway between 5:30 and 7 am.
There is one convoy of big loads estimated to depart Bell Bay OR depart from Breadalbane between 2:30 am and 4 am. Arriving at Spring Hill on the Midland Highway between 5:30 am and 7 am.
There are restricted passing opportunities to overtake the convoys along the route and should not be undertaken until directed by the rear Pilot/Escort operator. Patience is requested from the travelling motorists.
The convoys will monitor traffic build-up, when and where safe to do so, pull over and direct traffic past.
Communication between the convoy vehicles, pilots and escort vehicles is usually carried out on UHF radio channel 40.
