Reduced speed limits and traffic management remain in place at several worksites across the State Road Network from Wednesday, 17 December 2025 to Monday, 5 January 2026.
Even when workers are not on site, there may still be hazards to road users, such as uneven or changed road surfaces, missing line-markings, or changed traffic lanes.
From Christmas Day until Monday, 5 January 2026, the Tasman Bridge middle lane will not change direction as it normally does on weekday mornings. Three lanes will remain open for eastern shore-bound traffic and two lanes for Hobart-bound traffic.
