Motorcycle Driver Knowledge Practice Test

This is only a practice test. To get a learner licence, you must pass the real driver knowledge test at a Service Tasmania shop.

New car driver knowledge test and course

A new car driver knowledge test and course available on the Plates Plus website. This can be completed on a computer, mobile or tablet. See the Plates Plus course frequently asked questions for more information.

You may also choose to sit a standalone version of the new test which does not require you to complete the Plates Plus course before sitting the driver knowledge test. This is only available at Service Tasmania shops. To sit the test you will need to bring evidence of identity with you.

No practice test is available for the car driver knowledge test. To prepare for this test you can complete the Plates Plus course and/or:

The practice test works best on the following browsers:
