Please complete the form below to obtain your Client ID for access to the Plates Plus Course and Driver Knowledge Test.  Please be patient, it may take up to 3 business days to process your Client ID.  If you supply an email address we will send it by email.  If you don’t provide an email address we will send it to your postal address by Australia Post.

Note: Once you have passed your course and test you will need to verify the information you provide with Evidence of Identity at Service Tasmania before a learner licence can be issued.
