To notify for AMR of your driver authority you must submit:

  • a completed Notification Form
  • a copy of your current PPV authority/Ancillary Certificate or equivalent
  • a copy of your current interstate driver licence (if separate to your PPV authority/Ancillary Certificate)
  • NSW T condition only (if you have not held driver accreditation in Victoria in the last 6 months: a letter from your current Booking Service Provider confirming your suitability or a National Police History Check dated not more than 3 months ago

If you’re notifying for driver authority and have already transferred your driver licence to Tasmania, you should apply as a new applicant Ancillary Certificate to Drive Public Passenger Vehicles.
