Who owns the roads

To view all the roads managed by us, see the roads shown in blue on this online map.

To find out details about a certain road (e.g. who owns it or whether it is sealed), find the road on the map or search the road name in the search bar at the top of the page, click the road of interest on the map and a results table will appear.

Open the Road Centrelines tab by clicking on the drop down arrow and check the Authority to find out who owns the road.

If the selected road is owned by a council find out which local government is responsible for the road by scrolling down to the Local Government Areas table.
