We are repairing and strengthening Argent River Bridge on the Murchison Highway, west of Renison Bell.
This work site has been shut down for the winter period. Work will resume later in the year.


The Australian and Tasmanian Governments have committed combined funding of $100 million towards the FCUP program.
These works are being completed as part of the Tasmanian Government’s Freight Capacity Upgrade Program (FCUP).
FCUP supports the productivity of freight vehicles by improving the roads and bridges they travel on day to day. Repairing and strengthening these sections of road will:
