We will be repairing and strengthening the Leven River Bridge on the Bass Highway under the Tasmanian Government’s Freight Capacity Upgrade Program (FCUP).
We will be working from Wednesday, 25 February 2026 to Monday, 1 June 2026, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Lane closures and a reduced speed limit will be in place for the duration of the project, including outside of working hours.
Please allow up to 15 minutes extra travel time, keep to speed limits and follow the directions of traffic controllers and signs.
