We have identified a section of the Midland Highway that requires repair and strengthening works.
The site will cover 800m of the Midland Highway, North of Barton Road.
Work began on Tuesday, 12 March 2024 and we are now strengthening and repairing 1.5km north of Barton Road junction, Epping Forest.
There will be a reduced speed limit and occasional lane closures during our working hours, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We plan to complete this project by approximately Friday, 19 April 2024.
These works are being completed as part of FCUP, jointly funded by the Australian and Tasmanian governments.
