About the project
We are repairing and strengthening Allans Creek Bridge on the Arthur Highway.
Notice for oversized vehicles travelling on the Arthur Highway Monday 23 June 2025 to Thursday, 26 June 2025
Temporary lane closures will apply for the Allans Creek Bridge from Tuesday 24 June 2025 to Thursday 26 June 2025, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The open lane will be 3.2 metres wide.

About the Freight Capacity Upgrade Program
These works are being completed as part of FCUP.
FCUP supports the productivity of freight vehicles by improving the roads and bridges they travel on day to day. Repairing and strengthening these sections of road will:
- improve freight productivity
- improve efficiency and network reliability
- improve road safety for all road users
- reduce maintenance costs.
