Cornelian Bay Bell Street Pedestrian Underpass Art Project
A Tasmania artist will create a new artwork on the Bell Street pedestrian underpass in Cornelian Bay, New Town.
This project will engage a Tasmanian artist to create a new work on the Bell Street pedestrian underpass at Cornelian Bay.
Running under the Brooker Highway, this underpass provides pedestrian access from Bell Street to the Cornelian Bay foreshore reserve and the nearby sporting and recreation ground.
The underpass at Cornelian Bay will be closed from mid-January 2024 to mid-April 2024 while the selected artist completes the mural artwork process. Information about a pedestrian detour is available below in the map below.
