Domain Highways planning study
This planning study investigated potential upgrades and improvements to the highways that surround Hobart’s Queens Domain.
A planning study was done in 2018-19 to investigate potential upgrades and improvements to the highways that surround Hobart’s Queens Doman, including the Brooker, Domain, and Tasman highways.
A number of recommendations from the study have been implemented, including Intelligent Traffic Systems.

Our focus is now on improving traffic flow in this area as part of broader transport planning for the whole of Hobart, including the Northern Suburbs Transit Corridor and other Hobart City Deal initiatives.
