Oates Bridge (Mountain River Bridge) Replacement

We have replaced the old single-lane bridge at Mountain River with a two-lane bridge meeting modern construction and safety standards. The new design allows cycling access and provides a pedestrian walkway. The current 18 tonne bridge weight limit has been removed. We have also realigned the roads and junctions next to the bridge.
