Hobart city interchange information
The Hobart city interchange is based in Elizabeth Street, between Collins Street and Macquarie Street.
Within a five minute walk, visit:
- the Metro Shop at 40 Elizabeth Street (cnr Collins street, in the Elizabeth Street mall), open from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. They can assist with timetable and other enquires about Metro Tasmania services
- toilets next to stop D3 at Franklin Square on Elizabeth Street, the Cat and Fiddle Arcade in Elizabeth Street Mall, and the Argyle Street carpark
- the Elizabeth Street Mall with visitor information centre, shops, cafes and restaurants
- Salamanca and waterfront precinct
- public parks and gardens including Franklin Square, St David’s Park and Parliament Lawns.
