You need to:

  • Have your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator complete section six of the application form.
  • Include a letter from your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator. This letter must be on official letter head and include the following information about you:
    • your name
    • your date of birth
    • your enrolment details
    • the special circumstances that make you eligible.
  • Include a copy of your concession card, if you have one.
