You must use a paper application if you are applying for a Special Circumstances Student Bus Pass for Free Travel.

You need to:
- have your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator complete section six of the application form.
- include a letter from your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator. This letter must be on official letterhead and include the following information about you:
- your name
- your date of birth
- your enrolments details
- the special circumstances that make you eligible
- include a copy of your valid concession card if you have one.
If you are applying on the basis of a humanitarian entrant status, you will also need to provide the following:
- a copy of your Immicard, and/or
- a letter from a registered humanitarian support organisation.
To submit a completed Special Circumstances application and letter:
- email bus.passes@stategrowth.tas.gov.au
- visit any Service Tasmania Centre
- mail Passenger Transport, GPO Box 1242, Hobart TAS 7001.
