You must use a paper application if you are applying for a Special Circumstances Student Bus Pass for Free Travel.

Download the Special Circumstance Bus Pass application form and guidelines.

You need to:

  • have your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator complete section six of the application form.
  • include a letter from your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator. This letter must be on official letterhead and include the following information about you:
    • your name
    • your date of birth
    • your enrolments details
    • the special circumstances that make you eligible
    • include a copy of your valid concession card if you have one.

If you are applying on the basis of a humanitarian entrant status, you will also need to provide the following:

  • a copy of your Immicard, and/or
  • a letter from a registered humanitarian support organisation.
