You need to:
- Have your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator complete section six of the application form.
- Include a letter from your school Principal, Assistant Principal or Student Coordinator. This letter must be on official letter head and include the following information about you:
- your name
- your date of birth
- your enrolment details
- the special circumstances that make you eligible.
- Include a copy of your concession card, if you have one.
