A parent or guardian receiving the Family Tax Benefit, with the dependant listed, must be the applicant if their concession information is being used.
If you do not have access to the internet, please ask the student’s school to help you submit the application.
Alternatively, please visit a Service Tasmania Centre to request a paper application and to submit the application.
If the student is 16 and over and has their own concession card, they should be the applicant and complete the application.
