Kempton to Melton Mowbray Stage 1

This project has improved safety between Kempton and Melton Mowbray.

Works included road widening, extending sealed shoulders, four new overtaking lanes, improved junctions, and installing flexible safety barriers to eliminate head-on collisions.

Works started in January 2016, and the project was completed in March 2017.
