About the road network
Our state’s roads are one of Tasmania’s biggest infrastructure assets, consisting of over 4000 kilometres of roads and 1,280 bridges and major structures.
The State Road Network links our major population centres, moving people and freight and underpinning the economic growth and creation of jobs and wealth for all Tasmanians.
